The woman behind the company, Eme manages all of the day-to-day operations within the office. Alongside Dylan, she will be the first point of contact if you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding your services. Eme has worked in the customer service industry for 15 years and takes great pride in her ability to connect with people. She enjoys getting to know her customers on a personal level and makes it her top priority to ensure they are more than satisfied with not just the services they're receiving, but also with their experience with our company as a whole.

Dylan Bunce

Founder, Operator

With 10 years of experience in the lawn care and pest control industry combined, Dylan is the reason LawnBugs was created. His passion for agronomy (lawns) and entomology (bugs) blossomed early on in his career. Starting in the lawn care industry, he worked as a lawn tech for several years before transitioning into pest control. Dylan's extreme attention to detail and friendly personality are a perfect combination to provide top-notch results and customer service. You got a lawn? He's got you covered. You got bugs? He's got THEM covered!

A highlight on the couple behind the company, Eme and Dylan have been together for 10 years. They tied the knot in August of 2022 and have a dog named Ferg. From the very beginning, it has always been the foundation of their relationship to support each other through thick and thin, make each other better, and inspire each other to dream big. Eme encouraged Dylan to put his hard work and unmatched work ethic into a company of their own, so that they could set the industry bar high above the competition. With their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority of owning and operating their company, this power couple is ready (and excited) for the opportunity to meet you and provide all your lawn care and pest control needs.
