The Lawn Team
Bugs

A highlight on the couple behind the company, Eme and Dylan have been together for 10 years. They tied the knot in August of 2022 and have a dog named Ferg. From the very beginning, it has always been the foundation of their relationship to support each other through thick and thin, make each other better, and inspire each other to dream big. Eme encouraged Dylan to put his hard work and unmatched work ethic into a company of their own, so that they could set the industry bar high above the competition. With their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority of owning and operating their company, this power couple is ready (and excited) for the opportunity to meet you and provide all your lawn care and pest control needs.

The dream team. It's the only phrase that accurately depicts these two. Tony and Dylan go way back, back to the LawnDawg days. LawnDawg was the company where the passion and commitment to the lawn care industry started for these two. They worked with a group of guys that quickly became like a close family, where everyone had each other's backs. The mentality of the company was "quality over quantity, we are not like the big-name companies." Tony managed and oversaw branches in Boston and Cape Cod, while Dylan worked at the Albany branch for several years. When they did work alongside each other, their friendship grew into a brotherhood. Unfortunately, when LawnDawg was taken over by the big-name company, it was never the same. Tony stayed on for a while after the buy-out and Dylan was immediately offered a position at Catseye Pest Control. There, he learned the ins & outs of the pest industry, acquired his 7A license for Structural and Rodent, and fine-tuned his skills. Once again, Dylan was part of a company that ended up being bought-out by another big-name company. His passion for lawn care brought him back into a position where he was able to work for a company that specialized in both. After a year, Dylan convinced Tony to change his scenery and brought him into the same company where they worked alongside each other once more. Over the years, both Dylan and Tony acquired their Commercial Pesticide Applicator 3A Licenses for Lawn & Ornamental. Fast-forward to 2024, their equal passion for the industry and like-mindedness fueled their drive to take a leap and do it on their own. With Eme in the office, Dylan and Tony cannot and will not fail at changing the lawn care and pest control industry for the better. They truly are the dream team.
